Shipping Policy

We ship from Bangkok, Thailand. All orders are carefully packed and despatched within the timeframes below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 noon Bangkok time are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping — Thailand

We ship to all provinces across Thailand via tracked courier service.

  • Bangkok and Greater Bangkok: 1 to 2 business days
  • All other provinces: 2 to 4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be displayed on the website when active.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International delivery timeframes vary by destination:

  • Southeast Asia: 3 to 7 business days
  • East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days
  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. These are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, and factors beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. We are unable to falsify customs declarations or mark orders as gifts to avoid duties.

5. Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress. If you do not receive this email within two business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at e-commerce@akoandsila.com.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at e-commerce@akoandsila.com. We will investigate with the courier and do our best to resolve the matter promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout, customs holds, or circumstances beyond our control.

Every ako & sila order is packed with care. Products are presented in our branded packaging, designed to protect your piece in transit and to make the moment of opening part of the experience.
